Flower Essences
If you would like to discuss an emotional problem in detail, a flower essence consultation will give you the opportunity to do so in a relaxed and informal setting. A consultation will last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. The intention is to help you contact your own inner guidance and resources rather than offer advice or counselling. The flowers you are intuitively drawn to can reveal much about your present situation and the next steps required to bring you back into alignment with your divine purpose. You will receive a bottle containing a specially chosen combination of essences designed to act as a catalyst for transformation and personal growth.
Prices
The cost of a consultatio, including the essence bottle is £30 and a repeat prescription costs £7.
A follow up consultation lasting 30 minutes is available and costs £20.
Holistic Aromatherapy Massage
For general relaxation and well being a regular or aromatherapy massage would be deeply beneficial.
‘Holistic’ means ‘whole’; so holistic massage is a massage that treats the whole person. This may mean a deep tissue massage that eases tense and aching muscles, and also helps to eliminate toxins that the body has accumulated. Alternatively you may prefer the focus of the treatment to be a more gentle healing massage that distresses the mind and leaves you feeling refreshed and in a state of deep inner harmony.
At the heart of Aromatherapy massage is the process of deep relaxation. Soothing, rhythmical strokes are combined with the heavenly scents of trees and flowers in order to release held tension. Not just from the body but also deep within the psyche. The more we physically relax, the more we can mentally relax. When we feel calm, confident and in control, we are empowered to do all the things that we want to do.

A half-hour session is a head, neck and shoulders massage, one hour allows time for a full body massage.

Crystal Healing
The aim of this therapy is to restore wholeness, balance and health on levels of emotions, mind, spirit as well as the physical body. After an initial consultation you will then be asked to lie down (fully clothed) on a massage couch. The condition of your bio-magnetic field or aura will be assessed and then the appropriate crystals to help bring it back into balance and harmony will be chosen. When you are relaxed and comfortable I will place crystals on or around you and channel healing energy into any areas of the aura which need help. Since the state of the bio-magnetic field relates to and influences the state of the physical body, this process will help activate, support and often accelerate the natural self-healing processes. You may experience a feeling of deep relaxation, peace and spiritual upliftment.
